Liliana Attar's mission is to promote and share the richness, beauty and diversity of Latin American cultures, encouraging awareness, appreciation and respect for different cultures through performing arts. As a practicing artist Liliana offer a bridge to a richly evolved arts tradition; as teaching artists she offer a bridge to an effective learning experience designed to engage and inform within a stimulating, creative, interactive environment.
For professional Development:
Liliana Attar believes that the performing arts are wonderful instruments for language instruction since they incorporate different learning styles and intelligence types. She presents a whole language platform through Storytelling, drama, music, dance, songs that will provide tools to the educators to design fun and effective programs.
When students have multiple choices in ways to demonstrate their knowledge, the evidence of their learning is more accurate therefore, they became lifelong learners.
Liliana Attar is the Director of Creative Bridges Institute, “New Jersey State Winner of a National Civic Star Award Program”
She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education and Arts in Education, in Buenos Aires, Argentina. She has performed children plays, her own choreography and other works in Argentina and the United States. She was the Artistic Director of Connections Dance Theater.
Liliana is the creator of the DVD series “Spanish is Alive!” for parents, children and Spanish educators.
Liliana directs Artist-In-Residence, performances, professional development programs, programs for parents, consultation and conferences all over the Nation and Argentina.
