Speaking poetry out loud from memory feels the same as hitting a homerun. It is instant summer vacation. Nobody says, “I know that poem by head.” They say, “I know it by heart.” When you take the time to memorize a poem it goes from your head to your heart! That’s when you can FEEL a poem.
Artist Bio
David Zucker is an actor, director, playwright, and mime whose unique programs have been delighting and inspiring audiences for 45 years. He has performed for over 1 million children in his career! David has performed as a guest artist for seven different Young Audiences chapters and is a recipient of the National Young Audiences Artist of the Year award.
