YA Talent Update – Spring 2026
Young Audiences NJ & Eastern Pennsylvania is pleased to introduce new staff who will bolster the organization’s ability to meet its mission to inspire young people and expand their learning through the arts.
Olivia Duho Sterling (she/her) has joined Young Audiences as the Programming Associate. In this role, she’ll be working directly with school partners to coordinate in-school residencies and performances. Olivia is a proud alumna of Rutgers University-Newark with concentrations in Public Administration and Theatre Arts. She is a passionate arts supporter who most recently worked at Mayo Performing Arts Center, uplifting the arts by supporting community events and initiatives.

Alex Shaw (he/him) has joined YA as the Artist Services Manager. In this role, he’ll develop and maintain productive working relationships with the YA roster of teaching artists, leading recruitment, training, and community-building efforts. Alex brings a wealth of knowledge to the position with more than 25 years of experience as an artist, educator, and cultural producer. He has led programs, supported artists and worked across diverse cultural communities building partnerships. Alex started at YA as a teaching artist in 2010 and continues his work with YA in that capacity simultaneously.

Katie Moyle (she/her) has joined YA as the Marketing Associate. Katie will oversee and facilitate various marketing efforts through email marketing, social media, and website-based communications. Katie brings several years of design, social media, and marketing experience to the role. She holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and entrepreneurship from Montclair State University and is a lifelong learner and advocate for the arts.
