From Africa to Brazil – The Afro Brazilian Folkloric Show
This folkloric performance remains true to the roots and traditions of the Afro-Brazilian culture. Performance includes Maculêlê, Samba, and a look at the development of Capoeira in Brazil. Students learn the powerful story of resilience and resistance as enslaved Africans preserved their identity through ritual, dance, and fighting arts.
