New to the application process is an online application that can be submitted via the AIE website and the Mural Arts Addendum, a resource that explains requirements for schools proposing a mural or permanent art instillation.

The AIE Team has created a Mural Arts Addendum that can be found on the AIE website to guide the expectations of the school and to explain additional requirements for mural arts residencies and residencies that require a permanent art installation.
While each project is a co-creation of the school and the Resident Teaching Artist, the guidelines in this resource will help the school set expectations, price out supplies, and properly support the work of your Resident Teaching Artist in your classroom.

The Artists in Education Residency Grant Program is a co-sponsored project of the New Jersey State Council on the Arts and Young Audiences Arts for Learning New Jersey and Eastern Pennsylvania.The program is carried out in partnership with regional partners, including Appel Farm Arts & Music Campus, Count Basie Center for the Arts, and Morris Arts.
