Drum It Out!
Description
Award winning Percussionist and Facilitator Josh Robinson will lead interactive workshops entitled “Drum It Out!” showing participants how to use drumming and music as a wellness tool, a vehicle for healthy self-expression/emotional release, and a way to connect with others in an authentic and engaging way. Students will also develop the communication skills that are vital to playing music with others, such as eye contact and focused listening. The emphasis is on the teamwork and awareness required to play in an ensemble and be a part of a community.
