Description

This workshop integrates poetry and sensory exploration with Social Emotional Learning (SEL) competencies to promote emotional wellbeing, self-awareness, and interpersonal skills. Participants will engage in creative writing activities inspired by sensory experiences, fostering self-expression and emotional resilience. By the end of the program, participants will have created a personalized literary arts body of work in various poetic forms while developing skills in self-management, social awareness, and responsible decision-making.
