Description
Spectacular athleticism one moment, pure grace and precision the next. This assembly performance introduces Chinese culture through dances perfomed in traditional Chinese costumes. The repertoire selection includes both ethnic folk dance and classical dance. Students will experience a ribbon dance demonstration and learn simple Mandarin vocabulary throught the performance. (In-person assemblies limited this year to Essex and Hudson Counties.)

Clean, swept stage or performance area. A sound system, one mic on a stand and an I-Phone cable adapter to plug into the sound system. 6 armless chairs and 1 table for dressing area. 14 foot high ceiling, 20x20 perf. space.
